My experience with Sebastián from Greater Chicago Real Estate was surprisingly great. I got his telephone number on line ,I called him to schedule an… appointment for him to see the property that I was putting up for sale, he asked me for the price I was willing to sell, we agreed it was a fair price and I left all in his hands. Within three days we started getting showings of the property, in a week I got an offer and had a closing thereafter. In summary, I recommend this outfit for their knowledge of the market experience, their professionalism and efficiency.

Sebastian provided us with at least 24 hour notice when scheduling visits and always kept us updated with all correspondence and transactions. Sebastian has been doing this for over ten years and it shows. He walked me and my mother, the actual owner of the building, through each step of the process. This is our first time experiencing selling a home and my mother doesn't like feeling vulnerable in these situations. Sebastian's approach made her at ease.
